1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Any attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse our funnels, content, or forms is strictly prohibited.
2. Services Offered
XpertScale provides digital advertising and lead generation services, primarily through platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Our services are focused on helping businesses attract more high-value clients through strategic ad campaigns and appointment-setting workflows.
Performance depends on multiple factors including ad platform behavior, client responsiveness, budget, niche competitiveness, and creative approval. While we strive to meet all client goals, individual results will vary.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary access (ad accounts, pages, creatives, etc.)
- Approve ad copy, budgets, and strategy components
- Respond to communication promptly throughout the campaign duration
Failure to collaborate may affect results, and XpertScale will not be held liable for underperformance in such cases.
4. Payment Terms
All services are paid upfront and in full before any campaign work begins. No work will be initiated without confirmed payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is accepted via Stripe or other invoicing platforms as discussed with the client.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind our service with a performance-based guarantee.
If we fail to deliver the agreed results due to our actions (not caused by client delays or ad platform restrictions), we will
refund the service fee in full, no questions asked.
Refund eligibility requires:
- Full cooperation from the client throughout the campaign
- All required access and approvals delivered on time
- That the underperformance is due solely to our failure to execute what was promised

6. Call Bookings & Cancellations
If you book a free strategy call via our calendar:
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
- No-shows may be declined future appointments
7. Confidentiality
All strategies, ad campaigns, copy, funnels, and business discussions are considered confidential. Both parties agree not to share or reuse proprietary information without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
XpertScale is not liable for:
- Revenue loss due to ad platform bans or sudden algorithm shifts
- Delays caused by client-side inactivity or miscommunication
- Unforeseen external changes (e.g., policy shifts from Meta, Google, etc.)
Use of our services is at your own risk.
